- How will my order be shipped, and when can I expect it to arrive?
We'll ship your order via USPS Ground for free. To ensure freshness, your beans are roasted within 1-5 business days of the day your order is placed. After you receive a shipment notification, you can expect your coffee to be in your mailbox in 1-5 business days (depending on your location).
- How can I track my order?
Once your coffee has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking link so that you can follow your new favorite brew every step of the way.
- What is your return policy?
If you're not pleased with your purchase, please contact us here so that we can make it right.
- Where do you source your coffee?
We source our coffee from the finest organic coffee farms (please see each item's description for country of origin). After harvesting our delicious beans, we roast them right here in the USA.
- I don't see the Fair Trade or Organic certification logos on your products. Is your coffee really organic?
Yes, it is! Since the farms we source our organic coffee from are the holders of these certifications, federal regulations prevent us from adding these identifiers to our products.
- How fresh is your coffee?
We pride ourselves on selling the freshest organic coffee on the market! If you're ordering whole beans, your order will ship the day of roasting. If you're ordering ground coffee, your order will ship the day after roasting.
- What's the best way to store your coffee to maximize freshness?
Whole bean coffee keeps longer than ground coffee. Both ground coffee and whole bean coffee are best stored in air-tight containers in the freezer to keep out moisture. The benefit is that coffee doesn't freeze, so your next brew is always ready.
